Jordan Rose e8f1eaea8a Change SMRange to be half-open (exclusive end) instead of closed (inclusive) This is necessary not only for representing empty ranges, but for handling multibyte characters in the input. (If the end pointer in a range refers to a multibyte character, should it point to the beginning or the end of the character in a char array?) Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
