Don't allow the RHS of an operator to be split over multiple
lines unless there is a line-break right after the operator.
Before:
if (aaaa && bbbbb || // break
cccc) {
}
After:
if (aaaa &&
bbbbb || // break
cccc) {
}
In most cases, this seems to increase readability.
