Evan Cheng 4216615f99 Add TargetInstrInfo::isCoalescableInstr. It returns true if the specified ... instruction is copy like where the source and destination registers can overlap. This is to be used by the coalescable to coalesce the source and destination registers of instructions like X86::MOVSX64rr32. Linker	Fixed linking of modules containing aliases to constant bitcasts. Existing behaviour first tried to replace the aliases with the global that they aliased (rather than the bitcast), causing a crash on an assert because the types didn't match.
