This fixes "textDocument/prepareCallHierarchy" in clangd for ObjC methods. Details at https://github.com/clangd/vscode-clangd/issues/247. clangd uses Decl::isFunctionOrFunctionTemplate to check if the decl given in a prepareCallHierarchy request is eligible for prepareCallHierarchy.
