Kostya Kortchinsky 76879dcc91 [sanitizer] Revert rL318410 Summary: The patch seems to have turned some Android tests flaky. The reason is unclear. This reverts D40100 in case we can't figure out what is happening. Compiler-RT

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the compiler
support routines.
