Chris Bieneman 679ab85a7c [CMake] Add options to control building sanitizers and builtins. There are situations where a user may want to build only the compiler-rt builtins, or only the sanitizer runtimes. This exposes options to do that. This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the compiler
support routines.
