Robert Widmann 4b0084bfcf [LLVM-C] Consolidate llgo's DIBuilder Bindings Summary: Move and correct LLVMDIBuilderCreateTypedef. This is the last API in DIBuilderBindings.h, so it is being removed and the C API will now be re-exported from IRBindings.h. This directory contains bindings for the LLVM compiler infrastructure to allow
programs written in languages other than C or C++ to take advantage of the LLVM
infrastructure--for instance, a self-hosted compiler front-end.
