Simon Pilgrim 369e59d4d1 [X86][AVX512] Add missing scheduling class tag for VMOVQ/VMOVHLPS/VMOVLHPS/VMOVHPD/VMOVHPS/VMOVLPD/VMOVLPS
Tag AVX512 variants to match SSE/AVX originals.

We only tagged it with the itinerary class, so completeness checks were erroneously passed (PR35639).
