Sean Callanan 4538aa25bd Fixed a crasher that occurs when an expression ... doesn't return a result. If that expression can't be run in the current context (for example, if it uses a function and there is no running process) then we used to try to destroy the nonexistent result variable. Utility	Removed redundant isxdigit checks and added the ability to GetHexU8() so it can extract an 8 bit hex value if one is available. It will set EOF if "set_eof_on_fail" is true or if out of data.
