Tobias Grosser 23c8341c3d Add RegionPass support. 
A RegionPass is executed like a LoopPass but on the regions detected by the
RegionInfo pass instead of the loops detected by the LoopInfo pass.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
