Owen Anderson 7151dfd48a Reapply r108378, with bugfixes, testcase, and improved comment formatting. 
This now passes LIT, nighty test, and llvm-gcc bootstrap on my machine.

Makefile.rules Correctly set rpath on Mac OS X for executable tools. Note that I am not certain this is the best fix; the code immediately above looks confused, as it first checks to see if we are NOT on Darwin and then checks the Darwin version number. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
