Alexander Potapenko 1669e68b57 [libsanitizer] Replace ReadBinaryName() with ReadBinaryNameCached(), ... which caches the executable name upon the first invocation. This is necessary because Google Chrome (and potentially other programs) restrict the access to /proc/self/exe on linux.
