Simon Pilgrim 9508fe7924 [X86][SSE] Match bitcasted BUILD_VECTOR of constants for v2i64 shifts on 64-bit targets (PR34855)
Extension to rL315155, generate constant shifts on 64-bits as well as 32-bits.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
