For non-physical register references, the generic code needs to be careful not to mess that up when replacing references to result registers. Anywhere this version of clang ships, this libc++ fix must follow. libcxxabi	tip-of-trunk clang has corrected some access checks for special members in a virtual inheritance hierarchy. Change a few private inheritances to protected.
