Matt Arsenault 0576f436e5 AMDGPU: Don't sometimes allow instructions before lowered si_end_cf Since `6524a7a2b9`, this would sometimes not emit the or to exec at the beginning of the block, where it really has to be. If there is an instruction that defines one of the source operands, split the block and turn the si_end_cf into a terminator. This avoids regressions when regalloc fast is switched to inserting reloads at the beginning of the block, instead of spills at the end of the block. The LLVM Compiler Infrastructure
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.
