We didn't support the following syntax:
(std::initializer_list<int>){12}
which suddenly produces CompoundLiteralExpr that contains
CXXStdInitializerListExpr.
Lift the assertion and instead pass the value through CompoundLiteralExpr
transparently, as it doesn't add much.
