ASTMatchers Fixed HasDeclarationMatcher to properly convert all types into decls where possible. Added objcObjectPointerType(), objcInterfaceDecl(), templateTypeParmType(), injectedClassNameType(), and unresolvedUsingTypenameDecl(). Updated documentation for pointerType() to call out that it does not match ObjCObjectPointerType types.
