This check finds this pattern and suggests using .size() instead. [clang-tidy] Add misc-sizeof-container check to find sizeof() uses on stl

containers.

Summary:
sizeof(some_std_string) is likely to be an error. This check finds this
pattern and suggests using .size() instead.
