Jim Grosbach	2987c57924	Tests: check for target availability for target-specific tests. Lots of tests are using an explicit target triple w/o first checking that the target is actually available. Anton Korobeynikov	231e875b5c	Implement ARM pcs attribute. Basically it's another way of calling convention selection (AAPCS or AAPCS+VFP), similar to fastcall / stdcall / whatevercall seen on x86.
