Arthur Eubanks 61d418f971 [test] Remove references to -fexperimental-new-pass-manager in tests
This has been the default for a while and we're in the process of removing the legacy PM optimization pipeline.

Aaron Ballman adc402bf3d Use functions with prototypes when appropriate; NFC
A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,

  void func();

becomes

  void func(void);

This is the eleventh batch of tests being updated (there are a
significant number of other tests left to be updated).

Arthur Eubanks c8f0a7c215 [NewPM] Cleanup IR printing instrumentation
Being lazy with printing the banner seems hard to reason with, we should print it
unconditionally first (it could also lead to duplicate banners if we
have multiple functions in -filter-print-funcs).

The printIR() functions were doing too many things. I separated out the
call from PrintPassInstrumentation since we were essentially doing two
completely separate things in printIR() from different callers.

There were multiple ways to generate the name of some IR. That's all
been moved to getIRName(). The printing of the IR name was also
inconsistent, now it's always "IR Dump on $foo" where "$foo" is the
name. For a function, it's the function name. For a loop, it's what's
printed by Loop::print(), which is more detailed. For an SCC, it's the
list of functions in parentheses. For a module it's "[module]", to
differentiate between a possible SCC with a function called "module".

To preserve D74814, we have to check if we're going to print anything at
all first. This is unfortunate, but I would consider this a special
case that shouldn't be handled in the core logic.

Atmn Patel d3e75d31e3 Revert "[CodeGen] Fixes sanitizer test"
This reverts commit b1878b4641. This does
fix the test but it means that ac73b73c16 is not implemented
correctly. Reverting for now, and will be reverting the commit that
causes this to fail.

Atmn Patel b1878b4641 [CodeGen] Fixes sanitizer test
By turning the loop into an infinite one, the loop can't be deleted
anymore so the test will continue to pass.

Arthur Eubanks c07339c675 Move *San module passes later in the NPM pipeline
Summary:
This fixes pr33372.cpp under the new pass manager.

ASan adds padding to globals. For example, it will change a {i32, i32, i32} to a {{i32, i32, i32}, [52 x i8]}. However, when loading from the {i32, i32, i32}, InstCombine may (after various optimizations) end up loading 16 bytes instead of 12, likely because it thinks the [52 x i8] padding is ok to load from. But ASan checks that padding should not be loaded from.

Ultimately this is an issue of *San passes wanting to be run after all optimizations. This change moves the module passes right next to the corresponding function passes.

Also remove comment that's no longer relevant, this is the last ASan/MSan/TSan failure under the NPM (hopefully...).

As mentioned in https://reviews.llvm.org/rG1285e8bcac2c54ddd924ffb813b2b187467ac2a6, NPM doesn't support LTO + sanitizers, so modified some tests that test for that.
