Issues were introduced as discussed in https://reviews.llvm.org/D88241
where this change made previous bugs in the linker and BitCodeWriter
visible.
Make the corresponding change that was made for byval in
b7141207a4. Like byval, this requires a
bulk update of the test IR tests to include the type before this can
be mandatory.
OpaqueValueExpr in a GNU binary conditional expression.
It's not meaningful for a non-materialized temporary object to be used as a
common subexpression of multiple expressions.

When an object of class type is initialized from a prvalue of the same type
(ignoring cv qualifications), use the prvalue to initialize the object directly
instead of inserting a redundant elidable call to a copy constructor.
