Georgii Rymar 98a4289810 [llvm-readobj] - For SHT_REL relocations, don't display an addend. 
This is https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44257.

In LLVM style we always print `0` as addend when dumping
SHT_REL relocations. It is confusing, this patch stops
printing it as the first comment on the bug page suggests.

Simon Atanasyan 436046630d [ELF][MIPS] Change format of output relocations to Elf_Rel 
Initially LLD generates Elf_Rel relocations for O32 ABI and Elf_Rela
relocations for N32 / N64 ABIs. In other words, format of input and
output relocations was always the same. Now LLD generates all output
relocations using Elf_Rel format only. It conforms to ABIs requirement.

The patch suggested by Alexander Richardson.

Rafael Espindola 180de970c8 Fix crash when processing relocations in .eh_frame. 
This happens when attempting to link shared libraries using exceptions on
MIPS. It requires -z notext because clang generates R_MIPS_64 relocations
inside .eh_frame.
The crash happened because for EhInputSection the OutSec member is null.
