Dan Gohman	072734ebd6	Remove the FlaggedNodes member from SUnit. Instead of requiring each SUnit ... to carry a SmallVector of flagged nodes, just calculate the flagged nodes dynamically when they are needed. Dan Gohman	78bb44fcd4	Fix a bug in the local allocator's liveness computation where it ... was setting kill flags on tied uses in two-address instructions.
