The `opt -analyze` option only works with the legacy pass manager and might be removed in the future, as explained in llvm.org/PR53733. This patch introduced -polly-print-* passes that print what the pass would print with the `-analyze` option and replaces all uses of `-analyze` in the regression tests.
There are two exceptions: `CodeGen\single_loop_param_less_equal.ll` and `CodeGen\loop_with_condition_nested.ll` use `-analyze on the `-loops` pass which is not part of Polly.

The primary motivation is to fix an assertion failure in
isl_basic_map_alloc_equality:
isl_assert(ctx, room_for_con(bmap, 1), return -1);
Although the assertion does not occur anymore, I could not identify
which of ISL's commits fixed it.
Compared to the previous ISL version, Polly requires some changes for this update
* Since ISL commit
20d3574 "perform parameter alignment by modifying both arguments to function"
isl_*_gist_* and similar functions do not always align the paramter
list anymore. This caused the parameter lists in JScop files to
become out-of-sync. Since many regression tests use JScop files with
a fixed parameter list and order, we explicitly call align_params to
ensure a predictable parameter list.
* ISL changed some return types to isl_size, a typedef of (signed) int.
This caused some issues where the return type was unsigned int before:
- No overload for std::max(unsigned,isl_size)
- It cause additional 'mixed signed/unsigned comparison' warnings.
Since they do not break compilation, and sizes larger than 2^31
were never supported, I am going to fix it separately.
* With the change to isl_size, commit
57d547 "isl_*_list_size: return isl_size"
also changed the return value in case of an error from 0 to -1. This
caused undefined looping over isl_iterator since the 'end iterator'
got index -1, never reached from the 'begin iterator' with index 0.
* Some internal changes in ISL caused the number of operations to
increase when determining access ranges to determine aliasing
overlaps. In one test, this caused exceeding the default limit of
800000. The operations-limit was disabled for this test.
Summary:
For the ScopInfo lit testsuite, this patch removes some dependences on output behaviour of the legacy PM.
In most cases, these tests checked the tool output for labels created by the pass printer in the legacy PM. This doesn't work for the new PM anymore. Untangling the testcases is the first step to porting the testsuite for the new PM infrastructure.

These flags are now always passed to all tests and need to be disabled if
not needed. Disabling these flags, rather than passing them to almost all
tests, significantly simplfies our RUN: lines.

The TempScopInfo (-polly-analyze-ir) pass is removed and its work taken
over by ScopInfo (-polly-scops). Several tests depend on
-polly-analyze-ir and use -polly-scops instead which for the moment
prints the output of both passes. This again is not expected by some
other tests, especially those with negative searches, which have been
adapted.

Scops that only read seem generally uninteresting and scops that only write are
most likely initializations where there is also little to optimize. To not
waste compile time we bail early.

If too many parameters are involved in accesses used to create RTCs
we might end up with enormous compile times and RTC expressions.
The reason is that the lexmin/lexmax is dependent on all these
parameters and isl might need to create a case for every "ordering"
of them (e.g., p0 <= p1 <= p2, p1 <= p0 <= p2, ...).
The exact number of parameters allowed in accesses is defined by the
command line option -polly-rtc-max-parameters=XXX and set by default
to 8.
