Yuanfang Chen 9a8d7bd770 [clang][test] fix tests for external assemblers 
These three tests depend on using the integrated assembler. Make it
explicit by specifying -fintegrated-as.

Dan McGregor 6c92cdff72 Initial implementation of -fmacro-prefix-map and -ffile-prefix-map 
GCC 8 implements -fmacro-prefix-map. Like -fdebug-prefix-map, it replaces a string prefix for the __FILE__ macro.
-ffile-prefix-map is the union of -fdebug-prefix-map and -fmacro-prefix-map

Paul Robinson 9b292b4585 Support -fdebug-prefix-map for assembler source (pass to cc1as). This 
is useful to omit the debug compilation dir when compiling assembly
files with -g.  Part of PR38050.
