binutils ar does not support one-dash long options (they conflict with
operation code and modifier flags).
```
% ar -help
ar: invalid option -- 'e'
...
% ar -version
ar: invalid option -- 'e'
...
% ar x --plugin=xx x.a # ok
% ar x -plugin=xx x.a
ar: two different operation options specified
% ar -plugin=/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/10/liblto_plugin.so x x.a
ar: x: No such file or directory
```
Drop one-dash long options to simplify code and match the usual practice for
command line utilities.

This ports the `.cg_profile` assembly directive and call graph profile section
generation to MachO from COFF/ELF. Due to MachO section naming rules, the
section is called `__LLVM,__cg_profile` rather than `.llvm.call-graph-profile`
as in COFF/ELF. Support for llvm-readobj is included to facilitate testing.

Print a warning if `llvm-libtool-darwin` if any of the object
files provided by the user have the same file name.
The tool will now print a warning if there is a name collision across:
* Two object files
* An object file and an object file from within a static library
* Two object files from different static libraries
Here is an example of the error:
```
$ llvm-libtool-darwin -static -o archive.a out.o out.o
error: file 'out.o' was specified multiple times.
in: out.o
in: out.o
$ llvm-libtool-darwin -static -o archive.a out.o
$ llvm-libtool-darwin -static -o combined.a archive.a out.o
error: file 'out.o' was specified multiple times.
in: archive.a
in: out.o
```
This change mimics apple's cctools libtool's behavior which always shows a warning in such cases.

us to avoid passing the same objects through many functions that don't directly
use them. Now, functions that need to access data can do so from the class

runFinalizeActions takes an AllocActions vector and attempts to run its finalize
actions. If any finalize action fails then all paired dealloc actions up to the
failing pair are run, and the error(s) returned. If all finalize actions succeed
then a vector containing the dealloc actions is returned.
runDeallocActions takes a vector<WrapperFunctionCall> containing dealloc action
calls and runs them all, returning any error(s).
These helpers are intended to simplify the implementation of
JITLinkMemoryManager::InFlightAlloc::finalize and
JITLinkMemoryManager::deallocate overrides by taking care of execution (and
potential roll-back) of allocation actions.
Summary: The patch adds support for yaml2obj parsing auxiliary
symbols for XCOFF. Since the test cases of this patch are

auxiliary symbols), test cases of this patch will be committed
after D113825 is committed.

Create a new `CACHE STRING` variable, `LLVM_EXAMPLES_INSTALL_DIR`, to control where the examples are installed on analogy with the other variables.

This patch supersedes D28234, which tried to do the same thing but hand-rolled without GNUInstallDirs.

This re-applies 133f86e954, which was reverted in
c5965a411c while I investigated bot failures.
The original failure contained an arithmetic conversion think-o (on line 419 of
EHFrameSupport.cpp) that could cause failures on 32-bit platforms. The issue
should be fixed in this patch.
Other tools take their tool name from argv[0] for use in output

When cross-compiling, in order to make the output of the native and
cross-compiled llvm-config match, one needs to re-pass all cmake flags
relevant to BuildVariables.inc via `CROSS_TOOLCHAIN_FLAGS_NATIVE`. If
`LLVM_LINK_LLVM_DYLIB=ON` is among those, building a full `libLLVM` shared
object is required for the native llvm-config, otherwise `--shared-mode`
will be incorrect and `--link-shared` broken.
To avoid this, we can make llvm-config link statically against the
needed components for simplicity's sake in both the native and cross
case.

One of the uses of `LTOCodeGenerator` is to take it as a middle+back end. Sometimes
it is very helpful to access, especially get information from the optimized module.
If the information can be changed in optimization, it cannot be get before the

`LTOCodeGenerator::getMergedModule` to access the `MergedModule`.

Suggested by Fangrui Song in D114635 for a similar construct.
For scripting purposes, use different error code for cases that aren't a
result of different tbd files, e.g. bad input like a path to a broken
symlink. This behaves more similiarly to how the unix `diff` command behaves.
This also includes minor tweaks on error messages.
