We don't need to return a MachineInstr* from these stack probe insertion
calls anyway. If we ever need to add it back, we can return an iterator
instead.

We hit the "Assertion `!NodePtr->isKnownSentinel()' failed" assertion,
but only when inserting a stack probe call at the end of an MBB, which
isn't necessarily a common situation.

win64: Call __chkstk through a register with the large code model
Fixes half of PR18582. True dynamic allocas will still have a
CALL64pcrel32 which will fail.

Since gcc 4.6 the compiler uses ___chkstk_ms which has the same semantics as the
MS CRT function __chkstk. This simplifies the prologue generation a bit.

Summary:
This patch adds explicit calling convention types for the Win64 and
System V/x86-64 ABIs. This allows code to override the default, and use
the Win64 convention on a target that wants to use SysV (and
vice-versa). This is needed to implement the `ms_abi` and `sysv_abi` GNU
attributes.

x86-32: 32-bit calls were named "call" not "calll". 64-bit calls were correctly
named "callq", so this only impacted x86-32.
This fixes rdar://8456370 - llvm-mc rejects 'calll'
This also exposes that mingw/64 is generating a 32-bit call instead of a 64-bit call,
I will file a bugzilla.
