The patch is generated using this command:

tools/clang/tools/extra/clang-tidy/tool/run-clang-tidy.py -fix \

  llvm/lib/

Benjamin Kramer a7c40ef022 Canonicalize header guards into a common format. 
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)

Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.

Benjamin Kramer 628a39faa3 Remove unused private fields found by clang's new -Wunused-private-field. 
There are some that I didn't remove this round because they looked like
obvious stubs. There are dead variables in gtest too, they should be
fixed upstream.

Jim Grosbach a85a4e21c9 Re-apply r115363 and r115366 now that r115525 has removed the un-needed header 
that caused the circular dependencies on Linux.

Built OK for me on OSX and Linux (Ubuntu) with configure/make and CMake. Will
keep an eye on the bots....
