Since d6de1e1a71, no attributes is quivalent to
setting attribute to false.

Mark Schimmel 8e570abf10 Polly - specify address space when creating a pointer to a vector type 
Polly incorrectly dropped the address space specified for a load instruction when it vectorized the code.
