Nico Weber 5672e67b14 Rename -Wmsvc-include to -Wmicrosoft-include, now that -Wmicrosoft is split up. 
(Keep -Wmsvc-include around as an alias.)

While here, also replace the one other mention of "MSVC" in diagnostics with
"Microsoft", for consistency.

Reid Kleckner a97d4c0679 Fix false positives in -Wmsvc-include by continuing header search 
This makes Clang and LLVM -Wmsvc-include clean.

I believe the correct behavior here is to avoid updating the cache when
we find the header via MSVC's search rules.
