smhc 9c4df9eecb [clang-tidy] Support IgnoredRegexp configuration to selectively suppress identifier naming checks
The idea of suppressing naming checks for variables is to support code bases that allow short variables named e.g 'x' and 'i' without prefix/suffixes or casing styles. This was originally proposed as a 'ShortSizeThreshold' however has been made more generic with a regex to suppress identifier naming checks for those that match.

[clang-tidy] readability-identifier-naming checks configs for included files
When checking for the style of a decl that isn't in the main file, the check will now search for the configuration that the included files uses to gather the style for its decls.

This can be useful to silence warnings in header files that follow a different naming convention without using header-filter to silence all warnings(even from other checks) in the header file.

[clang-tidy] Reworked enum options handling(again)
Reland b9306fd after fixing the issue causing mac builds to fail unittests.

Following on from D77085, I was never happy with the passing a mapping to the option get/store functions. This patch addresses this by using explicit specializations to handle the serializing and deserializing of enum options.

Nathan c3d20fd472 [clang-tidy] readability-identifier-naming disregards parameters restrictions on main like functions
Summary:
Typically most main functions have the signature:
```
int main(int argc, char *argv[])
```
To stick with convention when renaming parameters we should ignore the `argc` and `argv` names even if the parameter style says they should be renamed. This patch addresses this by checking all ParmVarDecls if they form part of a function with a signature that matches main `int name(int argc, char * argv[], (optional char *env[]))`

Logan Smith d5c6b8407c Factor out renaming logic from readability-identifier-naming
Before this patch, readability-identifier-naming contained a significant amount
of logic for (a) checking the style of identifiers, followed by (b) renaming/
applying fix-its. This patch factors out (b) into a separate base class so that
it can be reused by other checks that want to do renaming. This also cleans up
readability-identifier-naming significantly, since now it only needs to be
concerned with the interesting details of (a).

Dmitri Gribenko 282dc72c8b Remove \brief commands from doxygen comments.
Summary:
We've been running doxygen with the autobrief option for a couple of

them all.

Chandler Carruth 2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Alexander Kornienko ee9247ed13 [clang-tidy] modified identifier naming case to use CT_AnyCase for ignoring case style
Summary:
Using CaseType::CT_AnyCase for selected identifier results in inheriting case style setting from more basic identifier type.

This patch changes CT_AnyCase behavior to ignore case style of specified identifier. If case style was not set, llvm::Optional will be used for keeping this information (llvm::Optional<>::hasVal), thus CT_AnyCase will no longer mean more general identifier style should be used.

This eliminates false-positives when naming convention is not clear for specific areas of code (legacy, third party) or for selected types.

Alexander Kornienko 3d77768e2a [clang-tidy] Code factorization and cleanup in IdentifierNamingCheck
This is to level the ground a little bit, in preparation for the changes in http://reviews.llvm.org/D13081.

Code factorization replaces all insertions to NamingCheckFailures map with a unique addUsage function that does the job.
There is also no more difference between the declaration and the references to a given identifier, both cases are treated as ranges in the Usage vector. There is also a check to avoid duplicated ranges to be inserted, which sometimes triggered erroneous replacements.

References can now also be added before the declaration of the identifier is actually found; this looks to be the case for example when a templated class uses its parameters to specialize its templated base class.

Alexander Kornienko 76c288062a [clang-tidy] Add new IdentifierNaming check
This check will try to enforce coding guidelines on the identifiers naming.
It supports lower_case, UPPER_CASE, camelBack and CamelCase casing and
tries to convert from one to another if a mismatch is detected.

It also supports a fixed prefix and suffix that will be prepended or appended
to the identifiers, regardless of the casing.

Many configuration options are available, in order to be able to create
different rules for different kind of identifier. In general, the
rules are falling back to a more generic rule if the specific case is not
configured.
