Rename AllVRegsAllocated to NoVRegs. This avoids the connotation of
running after register and simply describes that no vregs are used in
a machine function. With that we can simply compute the property and do
not need to dump/parse it in .mir files.

Currently the MIR framework prints all its outputs (errors and actual
representation) on stderr.
This patch fixes that by printing the regular output in the output
specified with -o.

This fixes a bug introduced in r267623, where we got smarter and avoided to save
EAX before using it. However, we failed to check if any of the subregister of
EAX were alive and thus, missed cases where we have to save EAX before using it.
The problem may happen on every X86/i386/... platform.
