to reflect the new license.
We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

I'm in the process of refactoring AnalyzerOptions. The main motivation behind
here is to emit warnings if an invalid -analyzer-config option is given from the
command line, and be able to list them all.
In this patch, I'm moving all analyzer options to a def file, and move 2 enums
to global namespace.

The CoreEngine only gives us a ReturnStmt if the last element in the
CFGBlock is a CFGStmt, otherwise the ReturnStmt is nullptr.
This patch adds support for the case when the last element is a

See D42775 for discussion. Turns out, just exploring nodes which
weren't explored first is not quite enough, as e.g. the first quick
traversal resulting in a report can mark everything as "visited", and
then subsequent traversals of the same region will get all the pitfalls
of DFS.
Priority queue-based approach in comparison shows much greater
increase in coverage and even performance, without sacrificing memory.

If the return statement is stored, we might as well allow querying
against it.
Also fix the bug where the return statement is not stored
if there is no return value.
This change un-merges two ExplodedNodes during call exit when the state
is otherwise identical - the CallExitBegin node itself and the "Bind
Return Value"-tagged node.
And expose the return statement through
getStatement helper function.

Add PostAllocatorCall program point to represent the moment in the analysis
between the operator new() call and the constructor call. Pointer cast from
"void *" to the correct object pointer type has already happened by this point.
The new program point, unlike the previously used PostImplicitCall, contains a
reference to the new-expression, which allows adding path diagnostics over it.

Rehashing the ExplodedNode table is very expensive. The hashing
itself is expensive, and the general activity of iterating over the
hash table is highly cache unfriendly. Instead, we guess at the
eventual size by using the maximum number of steps allowed. This
generally avoids a rehash. It is possible that we still need to
rehash if the backlog of work that is added to the worklist
significantly exceeds the number of work items that we process. Even
if we do need to rehash in that scenario, this change is still a
win, as we still have fewer rehashes that we would have prior to
this change.
For small work loads, this will increase the memory used. For large
work loads, it will somewhat reduce the memory used. Speed is
significantly increased. A large .C file took 3m53.812s to analyze
prior to this change. Now it takes 3m38.976s, for a ~6% improvement.

Changes to the original patch:
- model the CFG for temporary destructors in conditional operators so that
the destructors of the true and false branch are always exclusive. This
is necessary because we must not have impossible paths for the path
based analysis to work.
- add multiple regression tests with ternary operators
Original description:
Fix modelling of non-lifetime-extended temporary destructors in the
analyzer.
Changes to the CFG:
When creating the CFG for temporary destructors, we create a structure
that mirrors the branch structure of the conditionally executed
temporary constructors in a full expression.
The branches we create use a CXXBindTemporaryExpr as terminator which
corresponds to the temporary constructor which must have been executed
to enter the destruction branch.
2. Changes to the Analyzer:
When we visit a CXXBindTemporaryExpr we mark the CXXBindTemporaryExpr as
executed in the state; when we reach a branch that contains the
corresponding CXXBindTemporaryExpr as terminator, we branch out
depending on whether the corresponding CXXBindTemporaryExpr was marked
as executed.

shuffling the order or moving headers up to be main-module-headers.

When adding the next statement to the CoreEngine's work list, we take care
of all the special cases first. We certainly shouldn't be building
PostStmts with null statements (the diagnostics machinery assumes such
StmtPoints do not exist), and we should find out sooner if we're missing
a special case.

GCC destroys temporary objects more aggressively than clang, so this
results in incorrect behavior when compiling GCC Release builds.
We could avoid this issue under C++11 by preventing getAs from being
called when 'this' is an rvalue:
template<class ElemTy> const ElemTy *getAs() const & { ... }
template<class ElemTy> const ElemTy *getAs() const && = delete;
Unfortunately, we do not have compatibility macros for this behavior yet.
This will hopefully fix PR13760 and PR13762.

The policy on what to reanalyze should be in AnalysisConsumer with the
rest of visitation order logic.

Previously:
...the comment said DFS...
...the WorkList being instantiated said BFS...
...and the implementation was actually DFS...
...due to an unintentional change in 2010...
...and everything kept working anyway.
This fixes our std::deque implementation of BFS, but switches back to a
SmallVector-based implementation of DFS.
We should probably still investigate the ramifications of DFS vs. BFS,
especially for large functions (and especially when we hit our block path
limit), since this might completely change our memory use. It can also mask
some bugs and reveal others depending on when we halt analysis. But at least
we will not have this kind of little mistake creep in again.

This is needed to ensure that we always report issues in the correct
function. For example, leaks are identified when we call remove dead
bindings. In order to make sure we report a callee's leak in the callee,
we have to run the operation in the callee's context.
This change required quite a bit of infrastructure work since:
- We used to only run remove dead bindings before a given statement;
here we need to run it after the last statement in the function. For
this, we added additional Program Point and special mode in the
SymbolReaper to remove all symbols in context lower than the current
one.
- The call exit operation turned into a sequence of nodes, which are
now guarded by CallExitBegin and CallExitEnd nodes for clarity and
convenience.
