On OS X, `memchr` is called on a newly created thread even before `__tsan_thread_start_func` is invoked, which means that the ThreadState object for that thread will not yet be initialized. Let's add `COMMON_INTERCEPTOR_NOTHING_IS_INITIALIZED` into the interceptor to simply call `internal_memchr` in these cases.

This patch fixes the ptrace interceptor for aarch64. The PTRACE_GETREGSET
ptrace syscall with with invalid memory might zero the iovec::iov_base
field and then masking the subsequent check after the syscall (since it
will be 0 and it will not trigger an invalid access). The fix is to copy
the value on a local variable and use its value on the checks.
The patch also adds more coverage on the Linux/ptrace.cc testcase by addding
check for PTRACE_GETREGSET for both general and floating registers (aarch64
definitions added only).

for both PTRACE_GETVFPREGS and PTRACE_SETVFPREGS used to get the VFP register
from ARM.

Old version of sem_init (GLIBC_2.0) fails to initialize parts of
sem_t that are used in sem_timedwait. This is fixed in GLIBC_2.1,
but since ASan interceptors downgrade sem_* to the oldest available
version, this can introduce bugs that are only present in sanitized
build. Workaround by zero-initializing sem_t in sem_init.

Let me tell you a story. Suppose you want to build your project (e.g. LLVM)
with CMake 2.8, Clang and AddressSanitizer. You also want to ensure that
Clang is fresh enough and check that CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER_VERSION is 3.1+.
This check would fail - CMake would fail to correctly calculate compiler
version if you pass CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS=-fsanitize=address.
The problem is funky compiler version calculation in
CMakeDetermineCompilerId.cmake module: it compiles the sample source
file with provided compiler and compile flags, runs "strings" and greps
for "INFO:" ASCII strings contained on the executable to fetch
"INFO:compiler", "INFO:compiler_version" etc. It limits the output of
grep to just 4 lines.
Unfortunately, if your executable was built with ASan, it would also contain
an ASCII string
INFO: %s ignores mlock/mlockall/munlock/munlockall
and INFO:compiler_version string would never be parsed.
All of the above actually happened after r243574 when we tried to
configure libcxx with just-built Clang with TSan/MSan, and the version
check mentioned above failed in HandleLLVMOptions.cmake

In debug mode (COMPILER_RT_DEBUG=On), we still build with -fomit-frame-pointer and wrap_ioctl doesn't set up a proper stack frame. In release mode it does, because ioctl_common_pre gets inlined into wrap_ioctl and it uses the COMMON_INTERCEPTOR_READ_RANGE macro which in the end calls GET_CURRENT_FRAME and that forces the compiler to generate a stack frame for the function.
Not having a proper stack frame breaks the unwinder. This patch forces to generate a frame pointer (via ENABLE_FRAME_POINTER macro).

always disable strict init-order checking the first time dlopen() is
called: at this point shared library is allowed to access globals
defined in the main executable, as they are guaranteed to be
initialized. Revise the test cases:
* simplify init-order-dlopen.cc test case: make it Linux-specific
(there's no strict init-order checking on other platforms anyway),
and single-threaded.
* reinforce init-order-pthread-create.cc test case: make sure that
init-order checker would produce a false positive unless we
turn it off at the moment we call pthread_create().

The interceptor of ioctl is using a non-standard prototype:
INTERCEPTOR(int, ioctl, int d, unsigned request, void *arg)
At least on OS X, the request argument should be unsigned long and not
just unsigned, and also instead of the last argument (arg), the function
should be accepting a variable number of arguments, so the prototype
should be:
int ioctl(int fildes, unsigned long request, ...);
We can still keep using `unsigned` internally to save space, because we
know that all possible values of `request` will fit into it.

MSanDR is a dynamic instrumentation tool that can instrument the code
(prebuilt libraries and such) that could not be instrumented at compile time.
This code is unused (to the best of our knowledge) and unmaintained, and
starting to bit-rot.

There interceptors do not seem to be strictly necessary for tsan.
But we see cases where the interceptors consume 70% of execution time.
Memory blocks passed to fgetgrent_r are "written to" by tsan several times.
First, there is some recursion (getgrnam_r calls fgetgrent_r), and each
function "writes to" the buffer. Then, the same memory is "written to"
twice, first as buf and then as pwbufp (both of them refer to the same addresses).
