Choosing a "cfi" name makes the intend a bit clearer in an assembly dump
and more importantly the assembly dumps are slightly more stable as the
numbers don't move around anymore when unrelated code calls
createTempSymbol() more or less often.
As they are temp labels the name doesn't influence the generated object
code.

This combiner breaks debug experience and should not be run when optimizations are disabled.
For example:
int main() {
int j = 0;
j += 2;
if (j == 2)
return 0;
return 5;
}
When debugging this code compiled in /O0, it should be valid to break at line "j+=2;" and edit the value of j. It should change the return value of the function.
