Nico Weber e6d1f261a5 [lld-link] Add /reproduce: support for several flags
/reproduce: now works correctly with:
- /call-graph-ordering-file:
- /def:
- /natvis:
- /order:
- /pdbstream:

I went through all instances of MemoryBuffer::getFile() and made sure
everything that didn't already do so called takeBuffer().

For natvis, that wasn't possible since DebugInfo/PDB wants to take
owernship of the natvis buffer. For that case, I'm manually adding the
tar file entry.

/natvis: and /pdbstream: is slightly awkward, since createResponseFile()
always adds these flags to the response file but createPDB() (which
ultimately adds the files referenced by the flags) is only called if
/debug is also passed. So when using /natvis: without /debug with
/reproduce:, lld won't warn, but when linking using the response
file from the archive, it won't find the natvis file since it's not
in the tar. This isn't a new issue though, and after this patch things
at least work with using /natvis: _with_ debug with /reproduce:.
(Same for /pdbstream:)

Nico Weber a0994cbe27 lld-link: Let LLD_REPRODUCE control /reproduce:, like in ld.lld
Also sync help texts for the option between elf and coff ports.

Decisions:
- Do this even if /lldignoreenv is passed. /reproduce: does not affect
the main output, and this makes the env var more convenient to use.
(On the other hand, it's now possible to set this env var and forget
about it, and all future builds in the same shell will be much slower.
That's true for ld.lld, but posix shells have an easy way to set an
env var for a single command; in cmd.exe this is not possible without
contortions. Then again, lld-link runs in posix shells too.)

Original patch rebased across D68378 and D68381.

Rui Ueyama 0d53ac8096 Add /reproduce option to lld/COFF
This patch adds /reproduce:<path> option to lld/COFF. This is an
lld-specific option, so we can name it freely. I chose /reproduce
over other names (e.g. /lldlinkrepro) for consistency with other lld
ports.

Rui Ueyama 6785824431 Revert r371729: lld-link: Make /linkrepro: take a filename, not a directory.
This reverts commit r371729 because /linkrepro option also exists
in Microsoft link.exe and their linker takes not a filename but a
directory name as an argument for /linkrepro.

Nico Weber 3c44d595be lld-link: Make /linkrepro: take a filename, not a directory.
This makes lld-link behave like ld.lld. I don't see a reason for
the two drivers to have different behavior here.

While here, also make lld-link add a version.txt to the tar, like
ld.lld does.

Rui Ueyama 0697ae2ad9 Revert r291526: Re-enable /linkrepro test on Windows.
This broke the following two bots:

lld-x86_64-win7: the test failed because a diff command is not available
on that bot. That's a configuration error of the bot and will be fixed soon.

llvm-clang-lld-x86_64-scei-ps4-windows10pro-fast: "tar xf" failed on that
bot. I suspect that it is due to the maximum path limitation on Windows.
A build directory contains a buildbot name, so it's longer than usual on
that machine. On Windows, many filesystem operations fail if a path is
longer than 255 characters. I'll try to address that in another patch.

Rui Ueyama e98516ff99 Re-enable /linkrepro test on Windows.
I think generated tar files are more compatible with old tar commands
because of r291494 and r291340, so I want to enable this test on buildbots.

Rui Ueyama 7f1f912794 Use TarWriter to create tar archives instead of cpio.
This is how we use TarWriter in LLD. Now LLD does not append
a file extension, so you need to pass `--reproduce foo.tar`
instead of `--reproduce foo`.

Peter Collingbourne feee2103c6 COFF: Implement /linkrepro flag.
This flag is implemented similarly to --reproduce in the ELF linker.

This patch implements /linkrepro by moving the cpio writer and associated
utility functions to lldCore, and using that implementation in both linkers.

One COFF-specific detail is that we store the object file from which the
resource files were created in our reproducer, rather than the resource
files themselves. This allows the reproducer to be used on non-Windows
systems for example.
