Chris Lattner b251c3d727 Eliminate the concept of a deferred symbol table. The optimization really isn't, 
and it causes obscure bugs to show up in passes.

Chris Lattner 149376dee5 - Change Function's so that their argument list is populated when they are 
constructed.  Before, external functions would have an empty argument list,
    now a Function ALWAYS has a populated argument list.

* Methods name references are now explicit pointers to methods
