Andy Wingo 6339382807 [WebAssembly] Add support for table linking to wasm-ld
This patch adds support to wasm-ld for linking multiple table references
together, in a manner similar to wasm globals. The indirect function
table is synthesized as needed.

To manage the transitional period in which the compiler doesn't yet
produce TABLE_NUMBER relocations and doesn't residualize table symbols,
the linker will detect object files which have table imports or
definitions, but no table symbols. In that case it will synthesize
symbols for the defined and imported tables.

As a change, relocatable objects are now written with table symbols,
which can cause symbol renumbering in some of the tests. If no object
file requires an indirect function table, none will be written to the
file. Note that for legacy ObjFile inputs, this test is conservative: as
we don't have relocs for each use of the indirecy function table, we
just assume that any incoming indirect function table should be
propagated to the output.

Sam Clegg fd1c894a4a [lld][WebAssembly] Convert some lld tests to assembly
When we originally wrote these tests we didn't have a stable and
fleshed out assembly format. Now we do so we should prefer that
over llvm ir for lld tests to avoid including more part of llvm
than necessary in order to run the test.

This change converts just 30 out of about 130 test files. More to
come when I have some more time.

Sam Clegg 6540e57002 [WebAssembly] Don't generate invalid modules when function signatures mismatch
Previously we could emit a warning and generate a potentially invalid
wasm module (due to call sites and functions having conflicting
signatures). Now, rather than create invalid binaries we handle such
cases by creating stub functions containing unreachable, effectively
turning these into runtime errors rather than validation failures.

Sam Clegg 1369dfa30b [WebAssembly] Error on mismatched function signature in final output
During symbol resolution, emit warnings for function signature
mismatches. During GC, if any mismatched symbol is marked as live
then generate an error.

This means that we only error out if the mismatch is written to the
final output. i.e. if we would generate an invalid wasm file.

Sam Clegg 9310297438 [WebAssembly] Add explicit symbol table
This change modified lld to in response the llvm change which
moved to a more explicit symbol table in the object format.

Based on patches by Nicholas Wilson:
 1. https://reviews.llvm.org/D41955
 2. https://reviews.llvm.org/D42585

The primary difference that we see in the test output is that
for relocatable (-r) output we now have symbol table which
replaces exports/imports and globals.

Rui Ueyama f05124e60c Use wasm-ld instead of "lld -flavor wasm".
Invoking lld as ld.lld, ld.ld64, lld-link or wasm-ld is preferred
than invoking lld as lld and pass an -flavor option. We have "lld"
file mostly for historical reasons.
