Pavel Labath 004a264f8c [lldb] Fix shared library directory computation on windows
Our code for locating the shared library directory works via dladdr (or
the windows equivalent) to locate the path of an address known to reside
in liblldb. This works great for C++ programs, but there's a catch.

When (lib)lldb is used from python (like in our test suite), this dladdr
call will return a path to the _lldb.so (or such) file in the python
directory. To compensate for this, we have code which attempts to
resolve this symlink, to ensure we get the canonical location. However,
here's the second catch.

On windows, this file is not a symlink (but a copy), so this logic
fails. Since most of our other paths are derived from the liblldb
location, all of these paths will be wrong, when running the test suite.
One effect of this was the failure to find lldb-server in D96202.

To fix this issue, I add some windows-specific code to locate the
liblldb directory. Since it cannot rely on symlinks, it works by
manually walking the directory tree -- essentially doing the opposite of
what we do when computing the python directory.

To avoid python leaking back into the host code, I implement this with
the help of a callback which can be passed to HostInfo::Initialize in
order to assist with the directory location. The callback lives inside
the python plugin.

I also strenghten the existing path test to ensure the returned path is
the right one.

Serge Pavlov dab898f9ab [Windows] Fix limit on command line size
This reapplies commit d4020ef7c4, reverted in ac0edc5588 because it
broke build of LLDB. This commit contains appropriate changes for LLDB.
The original commit message is below.

Documentation on CreateProcessW states that maximal size of command line
is 32767 characters including ternimation null character. In the
function llvm::sys::commandLineFitsWithinSystemLimits this limit was set
to 32768. As a result if command line was exactly 32768 characters long,
a response file was not created and CreateProcessW was called with
too long command line.

Pavel Labath 62be83463a Recommit "[lldb] Fix TestSettings.test_pass_host_env_vars on windows"
This patch was reverted because it introduced a failure in
TestHelloWorld.py. The reason for that was running "ls" shell command
failed as it was evaluated in an environment with an empty path. This
has now been fixed with D77123, which ensures that all shell commands
inherit the host environment, so this patch should be safe to recommit.

The original commit message was:

A defensive check in ProcessLauncherWindows meant that we would never
attempt to launch a process with a completely empty environment -- the
host environment would be used instead. Instead, I make the function add
an extra null wchar_t at the end of an empty environment. The
documentation on this is a bit fuzzy, but it seems to be what is needed
to make windows accept these kinds of environments.

Pavel Labath 37889786b0 Revert "[lldb] Fix TestSettings.test_pass_host_env_vars on windows"
This reverts commit because of test failures in TestHelloWorld.

It seems that this test (specifically running "ls" as a platform shell
command) depended on the implicit passing of the host environment.

The fix should be fairly simple (inherit the environment explicitly),
but it may take me a while to figure where exactly to do that. Revert
while I am figuring that out.

Summary:
A *.cpp file header in LLDB (and in LLDB) should like this:
```
//===-- TestUtilities.cpp -------------------------------------------------===//
```
However in LLDB most of our source files have arbitrary changes to this format and
these changes are spreading through LLDB as folks usually just use the existing
source files as templates for their new files (most notably the unnecessary
editor language indicator `-*- C++ -*-` is spreading and in every review
someone is pointing out that this is wrong, resulting in people pointing out that this
is done in the same way in other files).

This patch removes most of these inconsistencies including the editor language indicators,
all the different missing/additional '-' characters, files that center the file name, missing
trailing `===//` (mostly caused by clang-format breaking the line).

Martin Storsjo 02d3cc97fa [LLDB] Remove a now redundant windows specific workaround
vsnprintf(NULL, 0, ...) works for measuring the needed string

The previous use of ifdefs was wrong as well, as __MINGW64__ only is

underscores is never defined automatically (neither by clang nor

Konrad Kleine 85200645c6 [lldb] fix cannot convert from 'nullptr' to 'lldb::thread_result_t'

Zachary Turner 805e71060e Move ProcessInfo from Host to Utility.
There are set of classes in Target that describe the parameters of a
process - e.g. it's PID, name, user id, and similar. However, since it
is a bare description of a process and contains no actual functionality,
there's nothing specifically that makes this appropriate for being in
Target -- it could just as well be describing a process on the host, or
some hypothetical virtual process that doesn't even exist.

To cement this, I'm moving these classes to Utility. It's possible that
we can find a better place for it in the future, but as it is neither
Host specific nor Target specific, Utility seems like the most appropriate
place for the time being.

After this there is only 2 remaining references to Target from Host,
which I'll address in a followup.

Summary:
These classes describe the details of the process we are about to

module. Previously they were present in Target because that is the most
important (but by far not the only) user of the launching code.

Since the launching code has other customers, must of which do not care
about Targets, it makes sense to move these classes to the Host layer,
next to the launching code.

This move reduces the number of times that Target is included from host
to 8 (it used to be 14).
