Igor Kudrin 657e067bb5 [ARMInstPrinter] Print the target address of a branch instruction
This follows other patches that changed printing immediate values of
branch instructions to target addresses, see D76580 (x86), D76591 (PPC),
D77853 (AArch64).

As observing immediate values might sometimes be useful, they are
printed as comments for branch instructions.

Martin Storsjö 382c505d9c [COFF] Fix ARM and ARM64 REL32 relocations to be relative to the end of the relocation
This matches how they are defined on X86.

This should fix the relative lookup tables pass for COFF, allowing
it to be reenabled.

Fangrui Song ecd6d7254e [test] llvm/test/: change llvm-objdump single-dash long options to double-dash options
As announced here: http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2019-April/131786.html

Grouped option syntax (POSIX Utility Conventions) does not play well with -long-option
A subsequent change will reject -long-option.

Fangrui Song 71e2ca6e32 [llvm-objdump] -d: print `00000000 <foo>:` instead of `00000000 foo:`
The new behavior matches GNU objdump. A pair of angle brackets makes tests slightly easier.

`.foo:` is not unique and thus cannot be used in a `CHECK-LABEL:` directive.
Without `-LABEL`, the CHECK line can match the `Disassembly of section`
line and causes the next `CHECK-NEXT:` to fail.

```
Disassembly of section .foo:
0000000000001634 .foo:
```

Saleem Abdulrasool aaa72c547b ARM: correct the relocation type for `bl` on WoA
The `IMAGE_REL_ARM_BRANCH20T` applies only to a `b.w` instruction.  A
thumb-2 `bl` should be relocated using a `IMAGE_REL_ARM_BRANCH24T`.
Correct the relocation that we emit in such a case.

Resolves PR38620! Based on the patch by Jordan Rhee!

Sam Parker 274472f7c5 [ARM] Fix for branch label disassembly for Thumb
Different MCInstrAnalysis classes for arm and thumb mode, each with
their own evaluateBranch implementation. I added a test case and
fixed the coff-relocations test to use '<label>:' rather than
'<label>' in the CHECK-LABEL entries, since the ones without the
colon would match branch targets. Might be worth noticing that
llvm-objdump does not lookup the relocation and thus assigns it a
target depending on the encoded immediate which #0, so it thinks it
branches to the next instruction.

Committed on behalf of Andre Vieira (avieira).
