Linear scan regalloc is currently assuming that any register aliased with
a member of a regclass must also be in at least one regclass. That is not
always true. For example, for X86, RIP is in a regclass but IP is not.
If you're unlucky, this can cause a crash by invalidating the iterator.

lldb_private::Function objects. Previously the SymbolFileSymtab subclass
would return lldb_private::Symbol objects when it was asked to find functions.
The Module::FindFunctions (...) now take a boolean "bool include_symbols" so
that the module can track down functions and symbols, yet functions are found
by the SymbolFile plug-ins (through the SymbolVendor class), and symbols are
gotten through the ObjectFile plug-ins.
Fixed and issue where the DWARF parser might run into incomplete class member
function defintions which would make clang mad when we tried to make certain
member functions with invalid number of parameters (such as an operator=
operator that had no parameters). Now we just avoid and don't complete these
incomplete functions.

argument but doesn't (because previous template parameters had default
arguments), clear out all of the default arguments so that we maintain
the invariant that a template parameter has a default argument only if
subsequence template parameters also have default arguments.

extra launch options:
LLDB_LAUNCH_FLAG_DISABLE_ASLR disables ASLR for all launched processes
LLDB_LAUNCH_FLAG_DISABLE_STDIO will disable STDIO (reroute to "/dev/null")
for all launched processes
LLDB_LAUNCH_FLAG_LAUNCH_IN_TTY will force all launched processes to be
launched in new terminal windows.
Also, don't init python if we never create a script interpreter.

derived-to-base cast that also casts away constness (one of the cases
for static_cast followed by const_cast) would be treated as a bit-cast
rather than a derived-to-base class, causing miscompiles and
heartburn.

overload a function without a ref-qualifier (C++0x
[over.load]p2). This, apparently, completes the implementation of
rvalue references for *this.

When an operand class is defined with MIOperandInfo set to a list of
suboperands, the AsmMatcher has so far required that operand to also define
a custom ParserMatchClass, and InstAlias patterns have not been able to
set the individual suboperands separately. This patch removes both of those
restrictions. If a "compound" operand does not override the default
ParserMatchClass, then the AsmMatcher will now parse its suboperands
separately. If an InstAlias operand has the same class as the corresponding
compound operand, then it will be handled as before; but if that check fails,
TableGen will now try to match up a sequence of InstAlias operands with the
corresponding suboperands.

reference binding is for the implicit object parameter of a member
function with a ref-qualifier. My previous comment, that we didn't
need to track this explicitly, was wrong: we do in fact get
rvalue-references-prefer-rvalues overloading with ref-qualifiers.
