Richard Smith ba3a4f917f Improve AST dumping: 
1) When dumping a declaration that declares a name for a type, also dump the named type.
 2) Add a #pragma clang __debug dump X, that dumps the lookup results for X in
    the current context.

Richard Smith 35f986d3cd Modify behavior of -ast-dump-lookups: if -ast-dump is not also provided, dump 
anyway. If -ast-dump *is* also provided, then dump the AST declarations as well
as the lookup results. This is invaluable for cross-correlating the lookup
information with the declarations actually found.
