Mikhail Glushenkov 931d4521c3 Reorganize llvmc code. 
Move the code from 'llvmc/driver' into a new CompilerDriver library, and change
the build system accordingly. Makes it easier for projects using LLVM to build
their own llvmc-based drivers.

Tested with objdir != srcdir.

Mikhail Glushenkov 8e1507d7c6 Enable the Clang plugin by default. 
This will eventually replace `ccc`. The command `llvmc -clang` now uses
the Clang toolchain instead of `llvm-gcc`.

Lauro Ramos Venancio 15f463c291 Fix build error on ARM. 
Since CompilerDriver.cpp revision 1.44, llvmc must be linked against LLVMCore.a (llvm::Module::~Module) and LLVMBCReader.a
(llvm::getBytecodeModuleProvider).

Reid Spencer c95970be9d For PR811: 
Don't both with the "C" and "cc" extensions as they aren't common and they
the "C" extension conflicts with the "c" extension on operating systems
that have case insensitive file names.

Reid Spencer a647c7ff42 Use archive libraries instead of object files for VMCore, BCReader, 
BCWriter, and bzip2 libraries. Adjust the various makefiles to accommodate
these changes. This was done to speed up link times.

Reid Spencer e9bee08f1d For PR514: 
* language specification files are no longer configured with "configure"
* add substitutions for %bindir%, %libdir%, and various llvmgcc related
  variables needed in the c and cpp spec files.
* Implement the stubstituions in the Compiler Driver.
* Move st.in to projects/Stacker/tools/stkrc where it belongs.

- added support for "lang.optN" configuration items
