The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

David Majnemer d0ce8f1485 [GVN] Respect fast-math-flags on fcmps 
We assumed that flags were only present on binary operators.  This is
not true, they may also be present on calls and fcmps.
