Summary:
The assumption __sanitizer_get_heap_size() == 0 (introduced in D29341) at the
start of a program appears to be incorrect on some ARM machines
(SizeClassAllocator32).
This should fix the test while I investigate the issue.

The code comments didn't match the code logic, and we didn't actually distinguish the fake unary (not/neg/fneg)
operators from arguments. Adding another level to the weighting scheme provides more structure and can help
simplify the pattern matching in InstCombine and other places.
I fixed regressions that would have shown up from this change in:
rL290067
rL290127
But that doesn't mean there are no pattern-matching logic holes left; some combines may just be missing regression tests.
Should fix:

Summary:
The local and global quarantine sizes were not offering a distinction for
32-bit and 64-bit platforms. This is addressed with lower values for 32-bit.
When writing additional tests for the quarantine, it was discovered that when
calling some of the allocator interface function prior to any allocation
operation having occured, the test would crash due to the allocator not being
initialized. This was addressed by making sure the allocator is initialized
for those scenarios.
Relevant tests were added in interface.cpp and quarantine.cpp.
Last change being the removal of the extraneous link dependencies for the
tests thanks to rL293220, anf the addition of the gc-sections linker flag.

This has quite positive performance impact according to measurements.
Before previous fixes to limit the optimization that was too high
and blowed compile time and scratch usage, but now this is gone and
we can bump the threshold.

This re-applies commit r292189, reverted in r292191.
SelectionDAGBuilder recognizes libfuncs using some homegrown
parameter type-checking.
Use TLI instead, removing another heap of redundant code.
This isn't strictly NFC, as the SDAG code was too lax.
Concretely, this means changes are required to a few tests:
- calling a non-variadic function via a variadic prototype isn't OK;
it just happens to work on x86_64 (but not on, e.g., aarch64).
- mempcpy has a size_t parameter; the SDAG code accepts any integer
type, which meant using i32 on x86_64 worked.
- a handful of SystemZ tests check the SDAG support for lax prototype
checking: Ulrich agrees on removing them.
I don't think it's worth supporting any of these (IMO) invalid
testcases. Instead, fix them to be more meaningful.

This generalizes memory access sorting to use differences between SCEVs,
instead of relying on constant offsets. That allows us to properly do
SLP vectorization of non-sequentially ordered loads within loops bodies.

Summary:
- GetFileWithUUID: All platforms except PlatformDarwin had this.
However, I see no reason why this code would not apply there as well.
- GetProcessInfo, FindProcesses: The implementation was the same in all classes.
- GetFullNameForDylib: This code should apply to all non-darwin
platforms. I've kept the PlatformDarwin override as the situation is
different there.

The importer was previously using ModuleLinker in a sort of "IRMover mode". Use
IRMover directly instead in order to remove a level of indirection.
I will remove all importing support from ModuleLinker in a separate

The .end <symbol> directive for MIPS marks the end of a symbol and sets the
symbol's size. Previously, the corresponding emitDirective handler asserted
that a function's size could be evaluated to an absolute value at that point
in time.
This cannot be done with when directives like .align have been encountered,
instead set the function's size to the corresponding symbolic expression and
let ELFObjectWriter resolve the expression to an absolute value. This avoids
a redundant call to evaluateAsAbsolute.

After r260016 and r260017 disabled typo correction for ivars and properties
clang didn't report errors about unresolved identifier in the base of ivar and
property ref expressions. This meant that clang invoked CodeGen on invalid AST
which then caused a crash.
This commit re-enables typo correction for ivars and properites, and fixes the
PR25113 & PR26486 (that were originally fixed in r260017 and r260016) in a
different manner by transforming the Objective-C ivar reference expression with
'IsFreeIvar' preserved.

This is a fix for Bugzilla 31813.
The problem is that the tokenizer does not create a separate token for
":" unless there's white space before it. Changed it to always create
a token for ":" and reworked some logic that relied on ":" being
attached to some tokens like "global:" and "local:".

With a synthetic merge section we can have, for example, a single
.rodata section with stings, fixed sized constants and non merge
constants.
I can be simplified further by not setting Entsize, but that is
probably better done is a followup patch.
This should allow some cleanup in the linker script code now that
every output section command maps to just one output section.

This test relies on sanitizer common interceptor to pick the oldest version of
sem_init function from Glibc. But LSan actually doesn't intercept sem_init, thus
the new implementation is called that causes test failure. Disable it for LSan x86,
the proper fix would require to check Glibc version at runtime and adjust
GET_SEM_VALUE(V) accordingly.
