Steve Naroff c275f70bf9 Remove 'LangOpts' from Diagnostic (added in http://llvm.org/viewvc/llvm-project?view=rev&revision=90642). 
Simply use the 'LangOpts' member already present in TextDiagnosticPrinter.

Dan Gohman 02578a3805 The debug information for an LLVM Instruction applies to that Instruction 
and that Instruction only. Implement this by setting the "current debug position"
back to Unknown after processing each instruction.
