Rui Ueyama ff59a899d6 Use toString to print out garbage-collected sections. 
Currently, archive file name is missing in this message. In general,
we should avoid constructing strings in an ad-hoc manner and instead
use toString() to get consistent output strings.

George Rimar a5fbebc206 [ELF] - Implemented --print-gc-sections command line argument. 
List all sections removed by garbage collection. This option is only effective if garbage collection has been enabled via the `--gc-sections' option.
