Aaron Ballman 0dd49a5628 Use functions with prototypes when appropriate; NFC 
A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,

  void func();

becomes

  void func(void);

This is the eighth batch of tests being updated (there are a
significant number of other tests left to be updated).

David Tweed d8bb236e18 Correct test inovocations to use %clang_cc1 rather than direct invocation (so that it can have additional options set when trying to debug issues causing regressions).

Andy Gibbs c6e68daac0 Prior to adding the new "expected-no-diagnostics" directive to VerifyDiagnosticConsumer, make the necessary adjustment to 580 test-cases which will henceforth require this new directive.

Daniel Dunbar 3c9bc4dbdb [Lex] Add support for 'user specified system frameworks' (see test case). 
- Developers of system frameworks need a way for their framework to be treated as a "system framework" during development. Otherwise, they are unable to properly test how their framework behaves when installed because of the semantic changes (in warning behavior) applied to system frameworks.
