George Rimar 638e8a405d [ELF] - Remove dependency on precompiled inputs from -gdb-index testcases. 
Previously we used precompiled objects in gdb-index.s and
debug-gnu-pubnames.s testcases. We can avoid that.

Rui Ueyama e2f11690fe Eliminate .debug_gnu_pub{names,types} if -gdb-index is given. 
This patch is to ignore .debug_gnu_pub{names,types} sections if the
-gdb-index option was given.
