Craig Topper 382ede4544 [X86] Make x86-intrinsics-headers-clean.cpp stricter. 
Remove the -Wno-ignored-attributes.

Add -fno-lax-vector-conversions

Also use -ffreestanding instead of defining _MM_MALLOC_H.
